Through its interactive and engaging instructor-led sessions, the Soft Skills Three 1 hour sessions will help experienced and newer members brush up on or learn specialist soft skills. The sessions are recorded and a copy is sent out to all delegates afterwards.

It’s designed to help members of the Insurance Institute of the Southampton develop their self confidence, increase their motivation and build resilience. Our Annual Dinner returns to the Grand Hotel, Brighton for 2025, to build on the success of our last sell-out event by taking advantage of this historic and prestigious sea-front setting! Guests will be able to look forward to a warm welcome with a refreshing drink, followed by a delightful selection of canapés. The main course and dessert will be served as a sit-down meal at allocated tables and this will be followed by a live band, plus other entertainment which is yet to be confirmed.
