Self-confidence is a real issue for many people of all ages and life stages, especially if they are returning to work after a career break, seeking employment after redundancy or consider themselves stuck in a rut and lacking the self-belief and impetus to move forward. Over two sessions, this free 1-2-1 coaching program will explore what is holding you back in the workplace and empower you to take proactive and lasting steps to address the situation.

Burning Questions - Rescheduled
Join us for our rescheduled Burning Questions CPD Panel Discussion, where we will be hosting an immersive timeline of a multi-disciplinary fire investigation, from origin to recovery. This face to face event will followed by a networking buffet and there will also be an opportunity to examine exhibits from cases that Hawkins have investigated previously. During the evening, - Anna Knight will share her expertise in fire investigation from the initial instruction, investigating the scene and identifying root cause; - Ian Major undertakes investigations into the cause and spread of fires and will discuss how the extent of fire damage is influenced by poor design or construction; and - Niralee Casson will discuss potential building defects and how she can ascertain where the responsibility lies and if there are prospects for recovery.

Our annual Learning and Development Conference takes place on Thursday 17 October and is once again hosted jointly by the Insurance Institute of Sussex and North Downs Insurance Institute. Annual Dinner
Our Annual Dinner returns to the Grand Hotel, Brighton for 2025, to build on the success of our last sell-out event by taking advantage of this historic and prestigious sea-front setting! Guests will be able to look forward to a warm welcome with a refreshing drink, followed by a delightful selection of canapés. The main course and dessert will be served as a sit-down meal at allocated tables and this will be followed by a live band, plus other entertainment which is yet to be confirmed.
