This session is a crash course on cyber risk in the wider insurance industry. It will cover the following areas; • Cyber Risk: What exactly is it and what are the consequences? • Cyber Security: Fundamental principles, legislation and standards • Cyber Insurance: Distribution issues and PI exposure, placement issues and E&O exposure, and considerations around the Insurance Act.
