Overview:
This live-online webinar aims to explain what coaching is all about. We will go through the process of how to prepare and deliver effective coaching together with a look at ways one can be supportive as a mentor. There will be hints and tips on maintaining a positive environment to allow coaching and mentoring to be well received and effective. This course is best suited to anyone in a team leader or managerial role who wants to inspire their staff.
Objectives:
- Understand the difference between training, coaching and mentoring
- Recognise the role you play as a leader to support and develop a team
- Understand the GROW model, and how to execute effectively
- Provide motivational and developmental feedback to create a positive and supportive environment
