Eating for Mental Wellness

Event Date: Wed 23rd Aug, 12 noon

Presenter: Steve Heath

What we eat doesn’t just affect our physical health: it can also affect our mental health and wellbeing. The relationship between our diet and our mental health is complex. However, research shows a link between what we eat and how we feel. This 1-hour webinar session will explore the relationship between what we eat, how we eat, and mental wellness.

Participants will leave the session with a deeper understanding of the link between food and mood and how to establish healthier eating patterns for better mental health.
