This presentation explores what is covered in an 'All-risks’ Commercial Property wording which is not as wide as the title suggests!
Alan Chandler, one of the most popular presenters in the UK explores how each peril covered could actually cause a loss and what is excluded under each peril.
Brokers use the term ‘All Risks’ every single day but rarely stop to think about the full coverage they are offering. This webinar will enable staff to get under the bonnet of an All Risks wording and have more confidence in advising on this cover going forward.

About the speaker:
The Course will be run by Alan Chandler.
Alan has been an operations and project manager in three large global companies. NatWest insurance services, Royal Bank of Scotland insurance group and Allianz. In the last ten years running his own training company he has taken more than 1.000 people to ACII including six people who have achieved the top ACII pass rate in the whole of the UK.
