About the session:

Nobody knows the true value of an insurance policy, until a claim comes in. If the right covers aren’t in place, it’s too late!

Motor insurance is one of the faster developing insurance products in the 20th and 21st century, and in today’s technology led world, insurers are looking at more ways to handle and settle claim.

During this course, we will look at process of handling claims for damages to vehicles, and identify the parties involved during the claims process. We will also be exploring fraud and mis-representation.

Finally, this course will give a forecast on the trends happening with the industry at the moment relating to motor claims.

  • Motor claims evolution

Trainer Background:

Tis webinar will be presented by Jennifer Yates of Zing 365. - I have worked as a trainer since 2003 and have been an Insurance Technical Trainer since 2008. My experience and knowledge are underpinned by qualifications in training practice and insurance. I pride myself in being flexible and, as I write all course materials, can specifically tailor the training to the needs of the business.

Prior to working for insurance brokers, I worked as an account executive, manager & trainer in the newspaper advertising industry. As a trainer, my key objectives were sales & business development. The design aspect of this role has definitely helped hone my skills in creating interesting & engaging presentations.

Having a successful & award-winning track record in a tough selling environment has given me insight to create impactful sales & negotiation training that has proven to be influential in improving sales & client engagement.
Committed to learning & development, I am in my first year of a Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree.
