About the session:
Data breaches and cyber-attacks can have a devastating impact. For businesses they can result in unbudgeted costs, substantial fines, and even significant reputational damage.
Data security is a growing and evolving area of concern. With new ways of working, uncertainty around the UK economy and the cost-of-living crisis creating new and unique challenges, it is of increasing importance that businesses keep their systems secure and their staff and customer data safe.
In this session we will provide an easy-to-understand summary of Data Security, how to stay compliant and the best practices and procedures to help keep data secure.

About the speaker:
The Course will be run by Keris Earle of Zing 365.
I am an enthusiastic compliance professional with over a decade of experience in highly regulated environments, spanning roles across the insurance and fundraising sectors. Having held positions in claims, account management, and underwriting, I bring a broad understanding of the insurance lifecycle and the practical challenges faced by professionals in the industry.
Over the past seven years, I have specialised in compliance and governance, applying this insight to support strong conduct, culture, and regulatory adherence. My knowledge and experience, combined with a passion for training in compliance, risk, sustainability, and personal and professional development, have enabled me to design and deliver impactful learning experiences. I focus on breaking down complex topics into clear, practical, and relatable concepts that help delegates apply learning confidently in their day-to-day roles.
