In partnership with Intuition Training, we are delighted to be able to offer a free, flexible, unit-by-unit remote training initiative for our members who want to make progress to achieve their Cert CII for a maximum of 10 learners (worth £150 per learner).

Training structure

The cost of this training (usually £150 per learner) will be fully funded by the Insurance Institute of Chelmsford & South Essex for a maximum of ten members for one module per member subject to the eligibility criteria stated below. The modules available and their start dates and duration are available below:

Cert CII training groups will be maximum 25 learners from across the Chartered Insurance Institute membership to enable interactive and engaging sessions.

Interactive training sessions for the units will involve going through the chapters in detail, including end of chapter questions to develop a broad understanding of the syllabus. Revision sessions will focus on mock exams and revision quizzes allowing learners to build confidence to take their exam.

All learners will receive a broad range of training & revision materials such as end-of-chapter questions, mock exams and revision quizzes, designed by Adrian to support preparation towards the exam. As well as the materials used in the sessions, learners will also receive an additional bank of mock exams.

All sessions will be recorded to allow learners to re-listen as part of their studies.

In order to be eligible for funding, the Insurance Institute of Chelmsford & South Essex will be reviewing applicant submissions based on the following criteria:

  • The applicant must be an active member of the CII with their Local Institute being the Insurance Institute of Chelmsford & South Essex
  • The applicant must not have availability of support or funding for similar training sessions from other avenues i.e. through an apprenticeship scheme from their employer or a self-funded opportunity
  • Applicants must be available for all sessions for the module training being delivered
  • Applicants must be able to evidence the support of their line manager to complete the training
  • Applicants must have already registered for the module and have study materials ready ahead of the training start date
  • A short personal statement (maximum 300 words) is encouraged in the event of a large pool of applications being received.

He runs training programmes and revision sessions with insurers, brokers, claims specialists and MGAs, from single office firms through to global organisations, supporting hundreds of UK and international learners towards successful completion of their CII qualifications.

He is ACII qualified and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.
