The Insurance Institute of Chelmsford & South Essex started its collaborative series 'The Tour d'Essex' on 20th May 2026. The session was introduced by IICSE President, Andrew Goate and delivered by Caroline Martin of Enabling Wings. It was described by attendees from the CII, PFS and Aon colleagues as an insightful and thought-provoking session on Credibility, Community and Career. We are grateful to Aon Chelmsford, our local employer partner, who kindly hosted and provided light breakfast refreshments for CII members.

The Tour d’Essex has begun!

With thanks to Chris Goss and his team at Aon for hosting us in Chelmsford today for the first in this collaborative series which aims to bring local industry professionals and members from across the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Personal Finance Society together with local employer colleagues to create the opportunity to learn, network and grow.

The first in our Tour d’Essex series kicked off in style with a Networking Breakfast (venue and catering kindly provided by Aon Chelmsford) and a session delivered by Caroline Martin on “Leveraging The CII’s 3 C’s - Community, Credibility and Career”.

With insightful and thought-provoking discussions, breakout sessions focused on each of the elements and a diverse array of people, the session was well-received and attended.

Our next session will be announced soon so make sure you keep an eye on our posts for that!
