Face to Face - International Women's Day - Accelerate Action with Grit and Grace

Join us for this impropmtu face to face  Enabling Women's Careers Session where we will be celebrating International Women's Day.

Our session supporting this year's theme 'Accelerate Action' will be facilitated by Caroline Martin, CII Member, Leadership Coach, NLP Trainer and Speaker and supported by the Chelmsford CII Council.

Caroline has been working in the Insurance Profession for more than 30 years and in the last 5 years has also coached and trained PFS members. She is a Best-Selling Author of two book collaborations, and her third book 'Grit & Grace' will be launching on IWD 2025 with proceeds supporting the Charity Women's Aid.

In this session we will
- Review the history and purpose of IWD
- Discuss our progression across the Insurance and Personal Finance professions
- Share stories of overcoming personal challenges with Grit & Grace
- Do we still witness challenges?
- What can we do to continue to accelerate action within our profession?
