Session Overview:

The session will provide an in-depth overview of the retirement space in the UK, it will discuss the issues we are facing as a society and how valuable financial planning will be in this space.

We will have a recap on regulation to see how we got here and focus on some ideas to help you grow and maintain your businesses.

Timing: Tea coffee & juice at 9.30am, session starts 10.00am and finishes at 11am. There will be a light lunch served for those staying on and attending the AGM at 11:45am.

  • A reminder of the key investment risks associated with drawdown

  • Explore investment strategies that might mitigate these investment risks

  • Consider some of the key elements required for a successful centralised retirement proposition

As a Business Development Director my role is develop professional intermediaries’ investment propositions to deliver positive outcomes for their clients, through carefully selected wealth and banking solutions that can be tailored to meet the individual client’s requirements.

I specialise in working with financial advisers, law firms and accountants providing ideas and exceptional service to help grow and develop their businesses through regulatory updates and sharing of best practice.

Zoë Howard - Business Development Manager

As a business development manager my role is to help and support financial advisers in delivering solutions that help their clients' achieve their goals and objectives.

By understanding the client’s needs I can help bring the right team together in order to deliver the necessary investment solutions to help achieve positive outcomes.

I specialise in working with financial advisers providing ideas and services to help grow and develop their businesses through regulatory updates and sharing of best practice.

Adam Brewer - Investment Director

As an Investment Director it is my duty to understand in detail your current lifestyle, requirements, and financial objectives to build a tailored investment plan that suits your unique present and future aspirations.

My priority is to ensure that you are continually comfortable with your investments and your long-term saving strategy, therefore, as well as face-to-face meetings, it is important to be available to chat regularly when needed.

I provide a high level of flexibility in everything I do, which means not only in service, but taking care of Ethical, Sustainable, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) desires, or High Income requirements in Retirement. I'm also able to consolidate all your current investments into one place for simplicity.

I typically work with families and individuals pre and post-retirement, but I also manage Pensions, Trusts, Charities, and Company portfolios.
