Graham Brown Professionalism Award

Graham was a friend, mentor, and trusted adviser to many. He set the gold standard for conducting business with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care. In honour of his legacy, we are proud to present the Graham Brown Professionalism Award, generously sponsored by his family.

If you know a colleague who embodies these qualities — a trusted mentor and true professional — we invite you to nominate them.

Nominations are open to all CII and PFS members, regardless of age or qualification level.

To submit a nomination, please complete the following three sections:

1.      Professional Standards (max 200 words): Describe how this individual demonstrates exceptional professionalism, whether through acting in their clients’ best interests or consistently delivering outstanding service.

2.      Inspiration (max 200 words): Explain how this person motivates, uplifts, or positively influences those around them.

3.      Mentorship (max 200 words): Share how this individual supports your development or the development of others, including how they pass on their knowledge and expertise.

Nominations are now open and must be submitted by 5pm on Sunday 1st February 2026.

Please send all entries to exeterinstitute@cii.co.uk.

The winner will be announced at our annual dinner, held this year at Somerset County Cricket Ground, Taunton, on Friday 6th March 2026.
