Dive In - The Festival for Diversity and Inclusion in Insurance will be taking place between Tuesday 21^st – Thursday 23^rd September 2021.

The Dive In Festival leads the charge for diversity and inclusion in the insurance industry, the three-day global event, invites everyone in our industry to be champions for change.

This year’s theme ‘Active Allyship’ has never been more pressing.  The profession needs to see real, accessible action and positive change in the insurance sector - this is not about superficial allyship, this is about empowering individuals, teams, and companies to embed tangible allyship.

Most events will be held online with the festival exploring wide-ranging themes from the importance of allies in leadership, to how to help understand and empathise with people of diverse backgrounds. Contributors will be offering practical tools and tips for how anyone, at any level, can become an active ally – helping more of us build on good intention with progressive action.
