Personal growth and an ability to respond to change are markers of high performing individuals and teams. So why do we often shy away from it?
Some change is forced upon us e.g. COVID 19 had a dramatic effect on the workplace. However, it proved to many of us how quickly we can adapt and develop new working practices.

>> Speaker Biography
Katharine Jones is a professionally qualified trainer and consultant with a global financial services background. She has been involved with learning and development for over 25 years and started her career working for one of the large brokers. She now works as a freelance consultant with broader experience in insurance and the public sector.
Katharine works with organisations to help them identify talent, develop staff, and manage learning. Her more recent project work has been delivering management coaching and workshops for Lloyds Insurance syndicates and being an assessor on graduate recruitment campaigns. Katharine is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the British Psychological Society as well as being a qualified teacher and assessor.
