  • Tue 15 Apr 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
  • Online
    • Jay Unwin, Mental health in business

Understanding and addressing the impact of stress and burnout has never been more crucial. This webinar serves as an enlightening look into these often-overlooked challenges. We begin by demystifying the complexities of stress and burnout, ensuring participants have a clear understanding of what these terms truly mean, their causes, and the warning signs. Recognising these early indicators can be a game-changer in prevention, and it's this proactive stance that sets the tone for the session. As we move forward, our focus shifts from awareness to actionable strategies. Participants will be equipped with tools and techniques to manage stress and avoid burnout, not just for themselves but for their teams as well. Collaboration plays a significant role here; after all, a team that supports one another thrives together. The session culminates in a look at the broader organisational picture, emphasising the creation of an ‘Anti-Burnout Culture’. By implementing supportive systems, fostering open communication, and celebrating successes, organisations can ensure they are places of mental wellbeing and productivity. As we wrap up, participants will be reminded of the importance of continued self-care and lifelong learning in the realm of mental health, ensuring they're well-prepared for the journey ahead.
