Jo Alm from Mind Jersey will be delivering a talk to our members on Mental Health.
Learning Objectives:

- Stress and Mental Health
- The Law and Mental Health
- Mental Health in the workplace
- Looking after your own Mental Health
- Support Available Locally
The talk will take place at the Parish of St Helier Town Hall in the Le Capelain Gallery.
Sandwiches and refreshments will be provided.
Free for members and £5 for non-members.
