Shake it like a polaroid picture!

Here at CII Leicester we do more than provide education, we make cocktails too! 

Back in October some of our members rolled up their sleeves and tried their hand mixing, muddling and shaking (then sipping of course!) to make some classic cocktails.

They learnt a few secret tips, and the espresso martini was a killer... but all round the strawberry daquiri was a winner!
