This full day programme brings together human connection and technological advancement. The morning features Wonderful Brilliant, experts in human behaviour, delivering an engaging and practical workshop on Generational Intelligence. The session empowers professionals of all ages to collaborate effectively and achieve the best outcomes.
The afternoon focuses on AI: Prompt Like a Pro (Advanced), a highly interactive session designed to strengthen prompting skills, explore advanced techniques and apply AI to real business scenarios across the insurance profession.
The session is limited to 40 spaces, so please book quickly to avoid disappointment.

Note to Delegates
Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the event without a valid reason, as well as no shows, will be invoiced at the delegate day rate of £42 plus VAT.
While funding support is available, the training itself is delivered at a fixed cost regardless of attendance numbers. Late cancellations or non attendance impact both the value and effectiveness of these sessions. This policy ensures fairness, commitment and respect for the time and effort invested in providing these opportunities.
