This half day interactive course will introduce you to the skills to be an engaging, confident speaker. It provides techniques to overcome nerves, use voice and body language effectively, make the best use of slides and other props. Participants will have the opportunity to present and receive feedback.

Speaker's biography

Megan Tanner
Megan is a professional actress, vocal coach, Director of ‘From Vision 2 Voice’ and a SureSpeech public speaking trainer. As an actress Megan’s theatre work includes London’s West End, international tours and number one tours throughout the UK. As a vocal coach clients include actors, session singers, contracted recording artists and even teenagers entering X Factor. As a trainer Megan has delivered sessions on presentation skills and confidence across the UK and has recently run sessions at The Insurance Institute of Bristol, Croydon and The Insurance Institute of Ipswich, Suffolk and North Essex. She runs courses in both the public and private sector working with clients to hone their communication skills to make a positive impact.
