2016 produced some surprises for the insurance world, in addition to the ones like the floods and disasters we are in business to handle. This talk will look back at some of these and try to predict what 2017 holds in store for us all.

Attendees will be presented with a clear view of the major regulatory and legal changes that impacted general insurance in 2016 and will gain an insight into what 2017/18 may hold.

Speaker Biography
Mike Cranny is a director of Create Solutions Ltd, a specialist training and compliance company for the General Insurance Industry.
He has 50 years' experience in the market and is a past president of the Manchester Insurance Institute. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.
