In both our business and social lives, we sometimes come across 'difficult' people. Why are they so troublesome? We will answer that question, and many others, and suggest ways we can handle them.

Bill Atkinson FCII is a trainer with CII, BIBA and Create Solutions. Bill is a former experienced manager with insurers, brokers and consultants.
