DAC Beachcroft will be providing a seminar covering the basics of Contractors All Risks (“CAR”) insurance and claim, joint insurance and some top tips.
The session will be hosted by Lyn Crawford and Daniela McGowan.
Lyn Crawford: Lyn is a Partner at DAC Beachcroft who specialises in construction and engineering insurance. She has over 20 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including CAR/EAR policy advice and claims, defendant construction professional indemnity claims, property/construction policy advice and subrogated recoveries.
Daniela McGowan: Daniela is a Senior Associate at DAC Beachcroft and practices in professional indemnity, specialising in defending claims against construction professionals including architects, surveyors, engineers and main contractors
There will be 30 in person spaces hosted at the DAC Beachcroft office with complimentary refreshments provided and unlimited availability for those wishing to attend online.
