Mindfulness Programme 2024: Connection
BREATHWORKS & JONATHAN BATES are excited to be delivering a Mindfulness for Stress programme running throughout 2024 specifically designed for insurance professionals. Jonathan will provide you with tools and techniques to manage stress more effectively and improve overall emotional health.
January’s topic is Connection – Friday 12th January 2024 12-12:45pm
Our industry can be fast-paced and often stressful in nature. This program will be a great opportunity for participants to benefit from overall well-being whether it be within the workplace, or on a personal level.
Who would benefit from attending?
The session is for anyone who wants to experience meditation and mindfulness and is open to people of all levels.
The programme:
We intend to host 12 monthly sessions for you in 2024, each lasting approximately 30 minutes covering various topics related to mindfulness, and include a practice such as meditation. Participants will also be provided with guidance on how to bring mindfulness into their daily lives. Planned topics for the full programme are below:

Connection is to help you understand the following core development objectives:
- Provide a space for participants to pause from the busyness of the day and practice mindfulness.
- Equip participants with effective mindfulness stress management tools.
- Enhance overall well-being and reduce burnout.

Jonathan Bates
Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher
The course will be led by Jonathan Bates, an experienced mindfulness teacher, who has a deep understanding of the principles and practices of mindfulness and how they can be applied in a professional setting. Jonathan can provide participants with guidance and support to help them develop their mindfulness skills and manage stress more effectively.
