Celebrating Success: Recognising Qualification Achievement Across Our Membership
The 5th of March saw the Insurance Institute of Norwich host our annual Celebrating Success event. An evening dedicated to recognising the fantastic achievements of our members who successfully completed Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and Personal Finance Society (PFS) qualifications during 2025.

At a press event in central London this morning, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) announced the launch of a landmark guide to help insurance and personal finance firms to better identify, support, and deliver fair outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances.

The Insurance Charity Golf Day - book your place today
The Insurance Charity golf day will take place on 14 October at The Nottinghamshire club, voted The East Midland's best golf venue. Located six miles from Nottingham station and 18 miles from East Midlands Airport, attendees will be playing on the prestigious 18-hole Championship course.
