Estate administration can be a complex legal process, particularly for clients with a portfolio of assets and investments. This hour long seminar will explain the various stages of the estate administration process, the legal and tax work involved and the typical timescales. The session will also explore the commercial opportunities that estate administration poses for financial advisers from a business development and asset retention perspective.
