Half Day Pension Seminar

Mills & Reeve LLP, in conjunction with the Insurance Institute of Norwich and the Personal Finance Society, are holding a Pensions Seminar.

The seminar, which is being held at The Nest, Norwich, will focus on different challenges and issues which are facing advisers. The session will comprise of four speakers, covering different pensions related topics including:

• A resume of current case law and complaints
• The FOS and POS approach to DB Transfer complaints, and what is expected from advisors
• An employment focused session, looking at DB and DC schemes. This will include legacy DB scheme issues, and a look at the types of administration errors which arise.
