The Insurance Institute of Norwich are delighted to be hosting a technical insurance event on Renewable Energy and Insurance. This is a CPD event and is open to all CII members and non members too.

Our speaker, Alistair Cottle is a Senior Trading Underwriter for Construction, Power and Engineering at Aviva with a particular interest in renewable energy.

Having worked as a broker for 10 years, Alistair recently switched his attention to underwriting where he believes he brings both perspectives to the table when considering risks and the possible implications to clients.

He is actively engaged with the industry delivering education programs and this is reflected in his own exploits where he has MSc in Psychology, is an Associate member of the CII and represents the Edinburgh Insurance Institute on the Education committee.

This event will focus on renewable energy and associated technologies, underwriting considerations and claims.
