Men's Mental Health Workshop

Men’s mental health is often discussed only when someone reaches crisis. This workshop takes a different approach, helping participants recognise pressure earlier and develop practical, sustainable ways to respond.
Led by Patrick Regan OBE, the session will explore the pressures men can carry in both their professional and personal lives, including stress, expectations around masculinity, perfectionism and the importance of meaningful connection.
Through anonymous polls, private reflection and optional discussion, participants will consider their own early signs of stress, explore the difference between healthy standards and perfectionism, and look at how small, repeated acts of trust and connection can strengthen wellbeing.
The session is designed to create choice rather than pressure: participants will not be expected to disclose personal experiences or have their cameras switched on.
Patrick Regan OBE is an author, social entrepreneur and speaker, and one of the UK’s leading voices on compassion, mental health and sustainable social change. He is a Sunday Times bestselling author, founder of XLP, co-founder of Kintsugi Hope and Director of workplace wellbeing organisation Brighter Days.
