Wednesday, 21 March 2018
12:00 pm – 4:30 pm (UK time)

The Insurance Institute of Perth and Dundee is delighted to announce that their next development event will be on Time Management with Aviva trainer John Nutter. As this is a half day development session it will mean attendees receive a credit of 4 hours CPD.

Time is a finite resource, and is easily wasted. This workshop focuses on practical tools & techniques which will help you manage your time as effectively as possible. This should help you to regain control of your daily workload, reduce stress and maximise productivity.

Learning objectives:

By the end of this course delegates will be able to:

  • State the benefits of managing time
  • Identify Time Management barriers
  • Demonstrate how to analyse and manage your tasks
  • Explain how interruptions affect our time management and how to address them
  • Develop a strategy for delegating tasks to others

Delivered by John Nutter, John has been with Aviva for over 22 years, gaining experience in a variety of roles across both the Partnerships and Broker sectors. For more than 10 years now, he has worn a learning & development hat and thinks he has found his niche! As a CIPD qualified Learning & Development Manager, he still gets most enjoyment from getting his hands dirty, but he also leads a team of Learning & Development consultants who deliver solutions to Aviva’s national network of brokers and partners.

The team’s ethos is to ensure that we make a difference to the people that we work with. Oh, and to have a little fun on the way!
