The Insurance Institute of Perth and Dundee is delighted to be hosting a personal development session on Relationship Management.
This half-day workshop is designed to help delegates enhance their understanding and behavioural skills in Relationship Management, particularly how they use relationships in trading situations. By attending this course, delegates will be able to increase their business performance through more effective and strengthened relationships.
Anyone who has a face to face interaction with customers and client will find this talk of interest.
Our speaker, John Nutter, is a respected and experienced trainer for Aviva who will share with delegates the secrets of how to become an effective relationship manager.

• Explain the different levels of relationships with clients
• Map the effectiveness of their relationships
• Describe how to communicate more effectively using KOLB
• Use a Matrix to create an effective relationship management plan
