Managing Stress and Avoiding Burnout

Introduction
Perth & Dundee Institute is delighted to offer a series of mental health webinars to our CII and PFS members.
The third and last of these explores stress and burnout, which are increasingly common challenges that affect both individuals and teams. This webinar is designed to help managers and colleagues recognise the early signs, understand the root causes, and take proactive steps to protect wellbeing and performance.
Attendees will explore practical tools to manage stress in themselves and others, reduce the risk of burnout, and foster a healthy, supportive team culture. By the end of the session, participants will feel equipped to create an environment where people can thrive, even under pressure, and should be able to:
- Describe the main causes and early signs of stress and burnout.
- Apply practical techniques to reduce the risk of burnout for themselves and their teams.
- Explain how to create and sustain an anti-burnout culture that promotes wellbeing and productivity.
