Sleep Well, Work Well

Mental Health
Perth & Dundee Institute is delighted to offer a series of mental health webinars to our CII and PFS members.
The second of these explores why sleep is a core foundation of mental health, performance and safety at work.
Participants will learn about the science of sleep, including circadian rhythms and the impact of sleep debt on mood, cognition, emotional regulation and physical health.
The webinar will highlight evidence linking poor sleep with stress, anxiety, burnout, and productivity loss, and offer practical, realistic strategies for improving sleep hygiene in the context of busy, modern working lives.
The session will also touch on how organisations can support healthy sleep through working patterns, workload design and culture, aligning with the latest guidance on managing fatigue and work-related psychosocial risks.
