Adam Maguire is a Partner at national law firm, Clarke Willmott. He is a specialist family lawyer based in Birmingham with particular expertise on the financial aspects of divorce and separation, along with relationship planning in the form of nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
Adam joined Clarke Willmott in 2022 following just over 5 years at another national law firm where he headed their Birmingham family team. He has specialised in divorce and family law for more than a decade.
He has been recognised in the leading independent industry directory, the Legal 500, since 2017 and is named as a “next generation partner” in that publication. He is ranked at Band 3 of the other leading directory, Chambers & Partners, which ranks family lawyers across the whole of the West Midlands. Adam is also the Chair of Resolution West Midlands. Resolution is the national organisation for family justice professionals whose members subscribe to a code of conduct and promote a constructive approach to family law issues.
