Business Writing Skills
This fully interactive live webinar focuses on the importance and impact of clear, concise writing in a business context. During the session, we’ll cover: • How to structure effective emails and letters • The importance of Plain English for clarity and ease of understanding • Tips and techniques for improving business communication Throughout the session, there will be hands-on group activities to reinforce learning, and plenty of opportunities for you to ask questions.
