Treating Customers Fairly

We have to treat everyone fairly, but do the customers always treat us fairly?

This CPD seminar will provide an insight into customers attitude to Insurance fraud. It will look at recent FCA guidance on TCF and identify some of the barriers businesses face, especially in the current economic climate. How do you continue to provide an excellent service to your customers with less staff and resources? Do customers always treat us fairly? It will also also look at the perceptions of UK customers of Insurance Fraud and identify how TCF standards can be upheld in claims handling when fraud is suspected.

• to understand the current TCF guidelines and requirements;
• to be able to identify some of the barriers businesses face in providing TCF in the current economic climate;
