NextGen CPD & Wine Tasting Event - 6th October
A NextGen CPD & Wine Tasting Event
What Wine Ageing Processes Can Teach Us About Career Progression in Insurance & Financial Services
About the session
Not all wines mature well and there are various reasons for this. The same is true of some careers.
However, with a proper strategy taking into account current and future market trends as well as understanding the need to future-proof your skills and qualifications, you can ensure that you progress your career with the right trajectory and thrive in the 4th industrial revolution.
Through tasting 5 different wines and learning about how winemakers age wines to ensure they are future-proof for their intended markets, we will explore what the wine ageing processes can teach us about career progression in insurance and financial services.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
➢ identify the key skills necessary to thrive in the 4th industrial revolution.
➢ recognise how you can adapt your current skills and qualifications to ensure your career progression and success.
➢ implement a strategy to future-proof your career in insurance and financial services.
