The Details:

The event will take place:

on: Friday 15^th September 2023

at: The Concorde Club, Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh, Southampton SO50 9HQ

from: 1800 until midnight. Dinner will commence at 1915.

The evening will include a 3-course meal and coffee, plus entertainment from the band ‘80’s Theory’ and an 80’s Surprise tribute singer.

Ticket Prices

• Full Price £55 per person
• 35 years old or under(on 15/9/23) £35 per person (subsidised by sponsorship)

Tables are available for groups of 10; individual guests and groups of 2 or more will be accommodated on mixed tables of 10.

In keeping with tradition, we will on the night invite you to take part in the popular “Kings and Queens” charity fundraiser. The suggested donation for guests to take part is £10 per person…..though we will always welcome more!

All donations will be shared equally between our President’s chosen charity Wessex Cancer Trust and The Insurance Charities.

Additional Information for Guests and Hosts (added July 2023)

1) Menu

The Set Menu for the evening which includes a vegetarian option is attached below. We hope you like the choices made which includes some locally sourced produce.

2) Dress Code

This years Dress Code is ‘ Celebrate in Style’. Recognising we are all individuals; you choose what’s appropriate for you and the event.

3) Pre- order Drinks – The Concorde Club

This service is only available directly with The Concorde Club. Attached is the Dinner Pre Order Drinks Form. Please email your completed form to admin@theconcordeclub.com by Thursday 7th September 2023. Once received, they will email you an invoice with their BACS details on for payment.

NEWS FLASH! Please note that each ticket purchased includes one complimentary glass of Prosecco or orange juice on arrival and these will be served at the Drinks Reception being held in the marquee at the rear of The Concorde Club. On the night, all guests will be directed from the car park, over the bridge and towards the marquee for the Drinks Reception.

In the marquee there will be a small bar and individual tables selling bottles of prosecco and buckets of beer, so this may influence your Pre-order Drinks requirements. (Pease note, your Pre-ordered drinks will be on your Company Tables inside the main venue and you will be able to have access to these prior to dinner being served).

Cancellation Clause

Please note that any booking cancellations and/or amendments to the numbers attending after 4th August 2023 will not be refundable.

We are pleased to advise that we have secured preferential room rates at The Concorde Club for the night of the Annual Dinner. Overnight accommodation is available on-site at ‘Ellington Lodge at the Concorde Club’:

• Standard Room £80 including breakfast in Mouldy Fig
• Executive Room (overlooking garden) £110 including breakfast in Mouldy Fig
• Superior Garden Room (with private patio) £140 including breakfast in Mouldy Fig

PLEASE NOTE: Accommodation is limited and guests are required to book directly with The Concorde Club by calling 023 80613989 and selecting Option 1. You will need to quote code 1509 to secure the discount and please note that you will not be able to secure the discounted rates if you try to book through the website.

There are still sponsorship opportunities available, in return for which your company name/logo will appear on the local institute website as a 2023 Annual Dinner Sponsor as well as on all subsequent communications about the Annual Dinner. On the night of the Annual Dinner your name/logo will also be shared via the ‘rolling’ power-point display shown on video screens at the venue. So please do consider offering your further support in sponsoring this event.
