Personal Impact

Clair Hall
Wednesday, 02 September 2015
5:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Do you find that, no matter what, you simply cannot create the right impact with your audience?

If so, then join fellow members from the Insurance Institute of Sussex in our next seminar which will help energise you with interactive, fun exercises to improve your communication skills in any situation!

Led by Janie van Hool, director of VoicePresence Ltd, this free 90 minute CPD session is open to all members and their guests and will focus on the 5 Must Dos to help you make your impact and how to apply them.

Janie will help you learn the art of brevity and simplicity as you control your nerves and exercise emotional self-control. She will give you the tools to use your voice properly and create a consistent and appropriate impression with your audience, focusing on powerful and effective body language.
