Questioning and Information Gathering Techniques

Clair Hall
Tuesday, 02 February 2016
7:30 am – 10:00 am (UK time)

Following on from his very successful seminar on "Writing to Express and not to Impress" we are delighted to invite Jeff Heasman back to lead us in another event that will focus on the use of plain language - this time focusing on asking questions and gathering information.

Whatever area of insurance you are involved in, questioning and information gathering techniques are crucial skills to be applied and this fun and interactive talk (complete with audience participation) is bound to be of interest to all members.

Indeed, with the Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representations) Act 2012 emphasising that courts must assess whether clear and specific questions were asked when deciding whether or not a consumer took reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation, this is an event you should not miss!
