Christmas Council Meeting

We hope you can join us for our last meeting of the year and Christmas Dinner. Please let us know either way by completing the attached booking form.

If you are attending, please choose either the two course or three course option and, if applicable, any supplements that apply. You can then pay for these online at the same time.

(Please note, if adding a supplement, you will need to add a second (probably false) email address as this is shown as a second person booking rather than as an additional element of the first booking This can be anything as long as it as an "@" and "." included, for example anything@test.test123)

You will also be able to choose your food options at the time of booking, so please think about this beforehand.

If you are not attending the meal, please choose the appropriate option on the booking form so that we know this is the case (you will receive a "confirmation of booking" email, but the system is not really designed for this purpose!
