On Demand Recording - The Civil Liability Act Revisited

ZOOM WEBINAR
Monday, 12 December 2022 – Friday, 16 December 2022
9:00 am – 6:00 pm (UK time)
    • Bernard Thornton

The Civil Liability Act became fully effective from 31 May 2021. This legislation has brought about the biggest changes to Road Traffic Act personal injury claims procedures in 30 years.

While it is still relatively early days, the Act has now had a little time to bed in. We look at its effects and ask: -

  • how has it been received?

  • is it being used as expected?

  • what is the claimant experience like?

  • how will premiums be affected?

  • how has the Legal Expenses market developed?
