The session will be run by Clare O’Sullivan and will cover the following learning objectives:
- What is meant by the term negligence?
- The ingredients of a negligence claim.
- Potential remedies.
- What steps can be taken to protect myself?
About the speaker:
The seminar will be presented by Clare O'Sullivan from RDP Law. Clare is a senior associate solicitor in the litigation team specialising in financial services and regulatory disputes. Prior to that, she was an associate solicitor at Clarke Willmott and an associate at the FSA’s (now the FCA ) enforcement team
