About the Trainer

Caroline has worked with multinational clients in financial services for more than 30 years. In 2012 serendipity lead her on a journey to explore personal development and the power of the mind. She discovered that the soft skills which she had lacked as a corporate Technical Adviser were the missing keys to personal and professional  success!  

Caroline is now a Leadership Coach and NLP Trainer as well as being a Co-Author of three internationally best-selling personal development books. Caroline dedicates her time to helping others learn the skills that were missing from her career.  She has had the pleasure of hosting face to face and online workshops, compering conferences and delivering talks to thousands of professionals internationally and enjoys helping professionals tap into their own resources to become the very best that they can be!
