Female Specific Fitness
NEW SESSION – MARCH 2024


High performance training improves posture, confidence, body image, pelvic floor, bone density, optimises weight and is fun. Female physiology differs significantly to males - not least in relation to the menstrual cycle - and yet less than 3% of all exercise research science is based on females, meaning that most high-performance training protocols having been developed for men. In this session, acclaimed health coach and author, Ollie Martin seeks to redress the balance.

• Understand female specific health and weight management actions
• Personalise fitness to your unique needs
