Menopause is a reality for every biological woman and it is vital to understand how menopause can affect psychological, emotional and physical health. This empowering session is for women, and anyone that lives with or works with women.

The aim of the session is to raise awareness on menopause, to empower women and those that love them, and to share practical guidance on supporting someone (or yourself) through menopause.

Through group discussion, activities and exercises, attendees will become more comfortable talking about menopause and will develop their skills and knowledge in supporting menopause.

Mental Health in Business (MHIB) was founded in 2018. We work with a wide range of businesses and organisations, to help them embed a positive mental health culture.

We believe in a future where good mental health and well-being and a supportive culture is commonplace in the workplace.

We love to work closely with organisations to create bespoke mental health and well-being training programmes that are perfect for them and their industry.

Claire Russell (CEO) has a corporate career spanning 20 years, so she understands well the challenges facing owners and managers of businesses. She decided to bring together her corporate experience and passion for helping others when she experienced a difficult time in her own life.

She is a committed volunteer for the Samaritans, and is a Mental Health First Aid Trainer and Clarity Coach with a mission to help others facing difficult times and to speak candidly about issues relating to mental health and well-being.
