This workshop explores what the financial services industry considers to be a high-net-worth customer, and how the insurance industry has expanded this definition to include sufficient potential customers to warrant development of tailor-made products.
We will examine their expectations of the product and service as well as considering how over recent decades the household market has segmented. We will also link this to conduct risk considerations.
