health, discover how stress can be harnessed to build resilience, and learn strategies to
mitigate stress's effects on personal and professional relationships.

·  Demonstrate understanding of the stress-resilience relationship by creating a personal resilience-building plan incorporating evidence-based techniques.

·  Recognise and articulate how stress affects key relationships in their lives, and apply new communication techniques to address stress-related conflicts in each relationship.
