This webinar introduces learners to liability and its place in the UK legal system. 

We will look at the relationship between criminal and civil law and examine the system of torts in which liability falls within.

We will look at the relationship between the tort of negligence and insurance and how cover applies particularly  in the case of employers' liability, public liability and product liability insurance.

To get a better understanding of the cover available we will look at the wordings likely to be found in a liability policy as well as the underwriter considerations.

We will also examine what is not covered and why.
