Rising Leaders is an exciting new development programme designed to recognise and nurture the brightest emerging talent within our profession. Created for ambitious individuals with up to 10 years’ industry experience, this programme provides a unique opportunity to grow your skills, expand your network, and build the confidence to step into future leadership roles.
Participants will develop key capabilities including communication, confidence, assertiveness, and personal development planning, equipping them to make a meaningful impact in their organisations and beyond. Through four interactive sessions, you’ll gain exclusive leadership insights, connect with like-minded peers, and learn directly from experienced mentors. Attendance at all sessions is essential to fully benefit from the programme.
Places are limited and participants must be nominated by their manager as a standout performer and future leader. If you’ve been identified as a rising star, this is your opportunity to shine and be part of the first Rising Leaders cohort.
